Upgrade to a new mobile, how to retrieve to the level on my Candy Crush Saga from the old mobile ? I have connected to Facebook but all the level acheived lost. My ID is 4862028518.

Was that the first time you connected to Facebook? Normally if actively connected your game to either Facebook previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again from any device, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.
