I lost all my levels when I reinstalled and I can't log in to get back to where I was. Help please!

I was at level 547. I upgraded to latest version of candy crush and then the game kept crashing so I deleted the app and reinstalled and now I can't get back to where I was. When I try to log in I type my email address but it's as though I didn't have a registered account as it doesn't recognise my email address. I've stsrted again logging in through Facebook but I'm still only at level 1. I've spent a fortune on iTunes on boosters etc and I can prove this. Is there any way you can retrieve my details? Many thanks.

Why are ads not working.
why are ads not working. After failing a level, it will not let me watch an ad in order to get additional moves

Hi I've completed level 21005 and would usually play the Star Tournament until Wednesday, but it's not available this week. Is this the same for everyone?

Hi, My mother is a massive Candy Crush fan so I thought I'd buy her some gold bars for Xmas. I just assumed (silly me) that there would be a sort of code thing I could input on the options screen. No. How do I go about sending her these points/gold bars.
