why are ads not working. After failing a level, it will not let me watch an ad in order to get additional moves
It wouldn't surprise me if the forum is different at the legendary level, but we could just be doing things a bit differently. For me, ask a question is just at the top right when you are in support.
Thanks both for your help. I've tried posting again via the Support tab, Ask a Question as suggested, but am not sure whether it's been sent ok or who to, or whether it'll be forever stuck in the ether with the dodgy ads. They've now increased in frequency and are driving me nuts.
How bizarre @Peaches12 . Perhaps it's different for me due to legendary status? When I click on the Support tab (the big green question mark, I assume that's what you mean), nothing happens, but as you can see from my screenshot the Plus in the green circle is always present in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. We don't just all play a different game but do we also all have a different screen in this community? How is anyone supposed to help others if that is the case!?
Try clicking on the Support tab then click Ask a Question. I don't see the + sign either.

I mean that + in the green circle you can see on the screenshot here in the bottom right hand corner. There should be such a + on your screen as well. You might need to scroll down a bit.

Sorry I can't answer this but if you want a moderator to answer you please could you use the + symbol at the bottom of the page to create your own Question. Nobody will spot your comment here in this older thread. Well, I did, but I am afraid I really don't know the answer to this one. Try create a new thread and someone might answer you with some useful help.
Very frustrating glitch with ads. At the end of a turn, I watch the reward ads to get extra moves (or colour bomb or flying saucer or…), but when I click on the X after I’ve watched, it takes me back to ‘play’, so I not only don’t get the rewards, but also lose a life. This problem used to be intermittent – it’s now almost every turn. How do I fix this?

I need a bit of clarification please! Which one is your experience--> (1) The screen comes back to the game after you watch an Ad OR (2) the Ad doesn't play and you are bounced back to game?
If you are watching the Ads, is it s specific brand of Ads that is causing this issue OR all Ads are just the same?
Which device are you using? Which version of the game you have right now?
Sorry for lot of questions! Just need to make sure before I can anything!
I am on level 5020. I have always been able to access the ads (always offers 3 of them). I have tried numerous times and when I hit the ad button, it takes me there, but bounces right back to the game without the reward.

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Ads!!
The issue you are experiencing -- is it (a) Ads are not working & you are seeing "Ads not available" message OR (b) Ads are not appearing at all?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
