To restore my levels.

I was in Level 620. But when i opened candy crush last night, i was in level 1. How do I get my levels restored? Also, I am unable to log on to facebook.

Please help.

I had crossed 620 but had to reboot my phone 

not connected to Facebook or kingdom

I don’t wish to start from level 1 after reaching 620, how can I restore my game!!

any ideas??
