Transferring game from iPhone 5c to iPhone 6+

I'm so frustrated, having managed to get to level 495 after nearly 2years. I recently swapped my device from iPhone 5c to iPhone 6+ and having synced to fb, restored and backed up on iCloud, I find myself on level 1 when logging on WTF!! Please help
