Replied to Customer Care Representative in email sent 3/7/2017 at 12:00p.m.  I replied back around 5:30 in the drop section for reply.  At present I have received NO CORRESPONDENCE  regarding my concern.  Really.  Does King Care about consumers concerns?  I will follow through making complaints with Credit Union, Pay Pal and Better Business Bureau.
