Items missing

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I had been playing the game for years and I had been facing the same glitch for a few times (again for today, and it was really frustrating). My items were totally gone, all of my colourbombs, lollipops for no reason when I start the game. Hence, I had decided to write in for the first time.

Appreciate if you can restore my items.
