loss of boosters

on March 2 or 3 I could not get candy crush to load on my phone. I turned it off and restarted it, still nothing. so I had to delete the app and then reinstall it.. when I did everything was gone except my bars. I had 49 games saved from other players that had sent them. 204 wheels,40 speckled bombs,24 stripped and wrapped, 121 fish, and over a hundred bombs that have a check. I would like them back.. I saved them for a reason and they are mine..please fix this and return them.

    Hi Dani,

    Thank you for contacting King Care! Unfortunately when you uninstall / reinstall the app you lose all boosters and lives. They do not generally reimburse or compensate for lost boosters since they are usually earned. However if you have made purchases or still want to try and get some boosters back I suggest this; go to the homepage of CC, lower left click on settings, then click on the cog wheel, scroll down to "Contact Us", click on that. A screen with your email and specific options to choose from (such as losing booster/rewards) will be there. If you'll be compensated that is your best route to go through because they will be able to look into your account and research etc.
