Why can't I earn boosters from candy crush saga anymore when I replay it?

None of the levels allow me to earn boosters in candy crush saga anymore.  What's going on?

Hi Spring Ho,

Are they just blanked out like no levels are showing? Or are they just not blinking anymore?

Try closing out the app all together and log back in, that usually works for me when this happens.

No booster counter (24/36/24/36 and 60) at the bottom of "send to all" at the right bottom

I can play the game but no boosters gain (sugar drop) as usually I can get some boosters when I replay the same level after 8 hours (PC not mobile app). None of the level has sugar drop!
