when leaving the game for a short while, the level sometimes restarts even when it was won.

I played a level on my iPhone, won, a whatsapp message came in, I returned within a few seconds but the app started as new, needed to do the level again.I have seen this multiple times and it really frustrates me because I buy!! candy to get a level done and the ones I use in the games are lost when it restarts so we are talking pure money.I would like to have a solution and it would be nice to gave me some candy to cover the candy I lost in the times it restarted.

If you leave the game app, then we are not responsible for any changes that can occur. The memory reset is a cause of the phone software and memory settings and it is not related to the game.

If you are playing the game and you don't want to lose your progress, then I can only recommend that you continue and finish the level before closing /switching the app.
