i used to play candy crush saga on a mobile different before but after installing it on new device mobile app is not synchronizing between mobile app and facebook app.

Which mobile are you currently using?
You could try disconnecting Facebook in the game, then reboot followed by a new connection to FB.
If you get the login page to Facebook and enter correct username/password then it should work.
If the issue is still there then I suggest you try using another Internet connection - for instance mobile data instead of WiFi.
