Why is it over a week that I have not been able to collect my drops there is no Cs

There has not been any Cs on any of my drops getting fed up always something wrong 

surely should have been sorted by this time. Can't collect any hands hammers etc please fix

I've had the same issue until I realised my game was not connecting proper to Facebook.

Try the medicine on this thread:

Once the connection is working again you should now have access to all the events in the game.
