Midnight Saga 158 & Level 371

As per previous question, which has been unanswered, in all of these games and most cases the owl falls off after only one or tow moves, is this normal or a deliberate action to waste lives and frustrate whilst trying to extract money form the player but making it near impossibly difficult to pass ? & on the main level 371, how do you pass the level, stopped playing now as over 2 months is boring with no progress,  and you get badgered every game with Buy Buy crap, ?

In regards to Odus, if you choose a move which crushes a lot of Candy and these match the corresponding colors, then yes, it's possible that he falls from his perch in the first few moves.
