Wheres my gold bars gone

Hi I just bought £15.99 worth of goodies & boosters a few days ago and had 84 gold bars left, its now down at 3 even though I havent used them, this has happened several times before, please refund or I'll have no alternative other than to contact Paypal,, best regards Claire
