Windows update failed, so needed to refresh my laptop.  Now I can't recover my game! Was at level 2067!!  Now it's like I never existed.  Any suggestions?  Any way to retrieve?

Cezdiamond... things were going well. Now when I try to get to my game, it shows King downloading and it takes me to the very beginning at Level 1 as though I'm a first-time player. If you can help me get back on track again (think I was stuck on level 2072?) that would be great! If not, then I guess my run is over... sadly.
