After the last upgrade when I couldn't download the game, after I did everything that was suggested,

Again, I can't download the game.  This after the last upgrade took all my lives and all my boosters.  I now can't download the game again.  I refuse to lose what I've played back but now I can't play at all. What's going on and how can I get back onto the game and not lose what I got after the first download?  This is getting to be too much.  Help.
