Boosters & unauthorized charges

Hi. I am a avid fan of King games. Lately I have been having problems with a couple of them. On 3/31/17, $7.51 was taken from my bank account to pay for one of the special packages either for Candy Crush or Jelly. I did not authorize the charge. I have went back to my old way by buying a game card & having all charges deducted from there, so I want a refund.
The other problem is today I was playing Soda on FB. to finish a difficult level, i bought extra boosters, even though i have tons on my phone that dont come over to FB for this game . I paid $4.99 for 50 gold bars. I used it 3x, 10. 16 & 26 to complete the level, but I did not get the boosters that came with purchase.
Candy Crush is freezing alot so it eats up booster too. I await your response.
