Hi,
last week I tried to purchase a booster in candy crush to finish off a game, an error came up whilst trying to purchase and it confirmed that the purchase had been unsuccessful, so I tried again and it went through. Yesterday I received an invoice from apple charging twice at 6.99 each yet I only received 1 lot of boosters, please refund my account of 6.99.

I am sorry to hear that this happened.
In order to obtain a refund you will need to contact iTunes as they handle all refund requests directly.
Find the email receipt that iTunes sent you after making the purchase. Now tap on the “Report a problem” link in underneath the item that you didn’t receive. You will then be provided with instructions on how to request a refund from iTunes.
