I am on lvl 437 and have never hit the jackpot. I noticed dozens of people have asked this same question, and if I could see the answers, I would not have to ask again. Either people play for years and never hit it, or they hit it once and get no reward. Either way, it looks like it should be a one in eight chance, and it is not. This is very shady to present a reward that is impossible to get. I am ready to delete every King game I have if you do not have an answer for what is obviously a deception on your part.
