Windows 10 Lagging or Slow

After the popups for the consent agreement and TOS updates, Candy Crush Saga started lagging to where everything I do takes a few seconds to happen. If I move a Candy there is a delay of a few seconds. The game will actually recommend a move still while I wait for my move to happen. Restarted computer and no change. Running Windows 10 on the fast track so would be latest beta release of Windows 10. I don't have the same problem on my tablet, but that is a standard install and not on the Windows fast track.

Didn't want to do it but tried reinstalling the game. I hate it because I lose all my powerups. Sucks because I had probably 10 free switches and 10 candy hammers, but the play is so bad. Well needless to say, reinstalling did not fix the issue. No change. There is a delay between every click i make still.

Level 10054
Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Why don't I have ads for moves or goldbars
its not fair for some players to not have a feature that other players have please make an update that makes the game the same for all accounts my id 1548936986
