My game is blocked on level 699

i cannot play anymore becauce a screen of your company is blocking the game.

It says "offending player" and let this know , but the answer is that this offending player is "not found".

Can you please ficks this problem so I can play on in the future.

Please let me know what is the problem and if possible repare it.
