Level 2142 in Candy Crush Saga. I've beat this level twice (used 4 lollipops) to do it.

I've cleared the jelled and collected the ingredients.  The check marks are beside them showing that I completed them.  A third cherry drops down after I've already collected the two that I need.  It won't let me have the win.  No point in playing if I can't progress.

Hi Heidi- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem passing level 2142. I can understand your frustration. 

What was the end of level message?

If this happens again please could you share a screenshot of the end of level board so that we can take a look for you?
