Candy Crush version 1.97.0 not working on iPhone 6s iOS10.3.1 (up to date as of 4/9/2017)
I have Candy Crush on my iPhone6s - I have the latest iOS update and I also have the latest Candy Crush Game app version 1.97.0 - I haven’t been able to open the app on my phone for weeks- it just repeatedly crashes after attempting to open from the orange King logo screen. (I never connected on Facebook or with the Kingdom prior to the crash.)
I’ve been down for over 5 weeks, I think my only option is to uninstall the Candy Crush Saga app then reinstall it again. I was told that King would be able to “manually restore my previous game and put me back on the level I was on” after I reinstalled the app. If I uninstall Candy Crush Saga on my iPhone6s and then reinstall it how do I get back to the level I was at before? Can someone at King please help me? Thank you!
