This is the second time it happens in Candy Crush saga!!!

I did not receive my 2 hrs of free play from my second place win in the contest.

Ana Julia Ju had 5326

I had 4020 striped candies and won. How do I claim my prize?

i have been playing this game very faithfully for several years but get very frustrated when I did not get a chance to claim the prizes that I win. How do I go about rectifying this problem

    Please let me know if they answered same thing happened to me this morning. I was in second place and logged on this morning and it's gone!
