After beating level 1460 on FB and my mobile it will not advance me to the next level! Why? I've been trying to get an answer to this for a while now.

Could you please check if you have the latest version of the app installed as these updates contain the new levels.
If you have the latest version, could you please let me know why you are unable to proceed, what your map screen shows etc.

I do have the latest version ...
I see a gift box and a red area with roads. No numbers showing the next levels, I don't see 1461 listed. Sandy

Thank you for your help ... I use Google Chrome as my browser, I also always clean my cache/cookies out. Someone helped me and I was able to sync the game from King.com to FB. I was able to advance to the next level ... SandyCould you please follow the steps here and let me know if these help to resolve the issue:
