unknown string id ???

Hi, Yesterday I drop a message about my issue but it deleted without answered! why?

a box is appeard at the main page below the connect button called UNKNOWN STRING ID.

after that box the game start to freezing while I playing..

I checked all the updates for the apps and ios,

Restart the phone,

I delete and install the game..

then that annoying box is appeard again..

Idon't know how what else to do... PLEASE HELP asap..

Hi,6s, and I checked all the updates, I delete and reinstall the game, restart the phone...etcI'm at level 1566 and that annoying box was appeard at 1540..The game is freezing while I playing and it takes all the fun away..I tried everything that I can but it's been 2 weeks and I still couldn't get any solution..this is really so frustrating..
