New phone, lost items.

Hello, I want to ask for help about my lost items T.T

My previous phone had some problems so I just changed my phone and I logged in Candycrush saga in my new one.

Then I realized that I didn't lose my level progress but I lost all my saved items..(lollipop,free switch,color bomb,wrapped&striped,jelly fish,coconut liquorice,lucky candy, and so on..!)

I can take a screenshot on my previous phone and show what I had..

Could you please help me to restore my items to new phone??T_T
