I've tried to reply to your e-mail but when I try to send, a message comes up saying that a server error occurred  thank you so much for all solving my problem and I appreciate your 'sweet surprise' that I received  you have restored my faith  King really does care!

    Just tried answering the King survey and again, I got the message that a server error occurred!  For what it is worth, I did rate my experience 'very satisfied' for the most part.
