Switched to new phone, login through Facebook the same as old phone and all my boosters were reset to 1.

How do I get them back?

    Hello SS0126,

Thank you for contacting King Care! Unfortunately when you switch devices, your boosters & lives are not transferred because they are stored locally. The only things that do transfer are your gold bars and progress. You can take a look at this thread to understand it better: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-all-my-collected-rewards-after-switching-to-a-new-phone

If you're looking to still get some boosters back I could suggest to try and throw an email their way by going to your home page of the game, click on the setting lower left, click on the cog wheel and scroll down to "contact us". There you can specifically choose from options such as losing boosters, etc., also a place for summary. They will most likely give you the answer I just did, but ya never know, it's worth a try. Sometimes I would get lucky, sometimes not so much. So,  good luck!

Thanks Jill. I tried that already and they sent me to this forum. I guess they just lost a loyal player.

I understand your frustration SS0126 and sorry that you're leaving your once beloved game! That's pretty strange they sent you here. Did you actually get to the email part? I know there's a part on there that says help and that sends you here but if you click on that cogwheel and scroll down to Contact Us, that should bring up an email form, they usually take about 24hrs to get back to you. Hope this helps, otherwise sorry that they sent you back here :-(

I replied to their email, but not so sure it will help. My husband tells me I am addicted to this game, so maybe it's a good time to stop.

Haha, well join the club! Everyday I say I'm going to stop, but never do...it is very addicting. Hope you get a response!
