The game will not load above 69%. What should I do? I've tried different browsers, I've tried updating Flash. I've tried clearing cache and cookies. I don't know what next. Maybe you can help me. TY

I suggest you try the following steps:
1) Try a force refresh of the page - hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh the page.
2) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
3) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox
4) Make sure you have other tabs closed
5) Make sure you have Adobe Flash player updated: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
6) Check if your Antivirus and/or Firewall settings is affecting the game
Also I suggest you try the game on King.com. I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well. I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.

I thought for sure, I would find something in your answer that could help me solve my problem. But No. Tried everything. Well eveything I had not tried before. Was putting a lot of hope in King.com. When I got there, they said my progression had already been synchronized.Hi Susane!
