Level 149

I'm attempting to win level 149 but for some odd reason the 2 wrapped candies are holding up my progress. I've actually had 2 wrapped candies on multiple occasions and it doesn't recognize it or perhaps I'm doing something wrong. Also when you click on the little check mark to see what you need to do (before you play) it doesn't match up with what the actual game level wants/needs you to do.

Could you please post a screenshot of the issue?

I normally check YouTube for videos on how to solve a specific level. This way I have an idea of how the level works. Many times there are also some great advice in the comments section.
