Level 1
My wife lost her Candy Crush game since she is now linked to my Facebook account. I am mdjock@verizon.net and she is janndigiacomo@gmail.com. HELP!! She was at a high level and now can no longer play. We tried logging out and logging back in, deleting the game but nothing works,

I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.

Thank you Mark. My wife, Julie DiGiacomo at janndigiacomo@gmail.com put in multiple requests to get her account back and it has been weeks and nothing has happened.

No. She did not post on this forum but I did since she cannot connect to her account. Her account is missing completely. My game is in essence her game. My game account is under her account. They were completely switched. Ironically I do not play. I am on Level 1 under her account. There is no URL because her game vanished. Under her FB account is my game. How can this be fixed?
Mark her game account is now my account. I do not play Candy Crush. Can you revert back to the original game. She is still getting lives from friends but when she links to the game, she sees a brand new game.
