Candy Crush - Re-open case please re bundle paid for but not received

I was in correspondence with Johnny Royal last week regarding a payment made for a Candy Crush bundle that I did not receive. I closed the conversation because I believed that my account had not been debited after all. However, I have now received an email receipt from Apple, clearly stating that the bundle was purchased. Could you please respond in a private conversation so that I can send you a copy of this invoice.Thanks and regardsLiz MacLaren
