Loss of level progress (candy crush saga above 1000 ) on both platforms FB as well as game room.

Hi,I have been using Candy Crush Saga on my FACEBOOK account. I did also download the gameroom. Before that I was somewhere above level 1000. But all the progress was gone. And I have been forced to begin at level one on both FB as well as GAMEROOM. I cannot reverse the process. I cannot send anything to my fellow CCS FRİENDS ETC. I have not deleted the game. I tried whsat I can , however, without any success. I would appreciate your help very much:))) Kind regards, Sibel Ozdogan
