why did boosters disappeared

I see number of "why boosters disappeared" marked as solved but do not see the response on how they were restored. I recently updated Candy Crush, I am synced with Facebook to my progress is preserved but all my boosters from wheel are gone as well as reward boaters which I can use during the game like lollipop hammer.

Can anyone please advise on how? Thanks
