Ik heb via mijn mobiel mezelf aangemeld door emailadress en wachtwoord in te typen, maar dat was met een andere facebook dan dat ik normaal gebruik. Dus ik wilde weer terug naar mijn eigen facebook maar ik kan nu niet meer wijzigingen omdat die dan zegt dat ik al toestemming heb gegeven. Hoe kan ik nu terug ???

I have signed in via my mobile phone by typing in email address and password, but that was with a different facebook than I normally use. So I wanted to go back to my own facebook, but I can not change anymore because it says I've already given permission. How can I get back ???

Hello Paula,

If you go to the app settings (home page, bottom right) then click the cog. In this menu you will see the option to log out of Facebook. Do this and also log out of the Facebook app and also Facebook in your browser.

Now in the browser sign into the normal Facebook account and go back to the game and connect again.

This should resolve the issue.

What is cog. ? i don't see anything on the bottom right to click on..

Like i said i didn't log in via facebook, i just did my email and password on the candy crush app. Now it says i already did give permission, and that is the thing i can't change.

Hello Paula,

I'm not sure what you are trying to do sorry. If you didn't originally connect to Facebook, then I'm not sure why you have the application open to disconnect. Can you not log into your Kingdom account just by using the orange icon in the main game menu?
