Hi Joyn- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem connecting to your game on your Android.
Let's try and get you back on track :-)
While connection problems are very frustrating, the great news is that they are also generally quite easily fixed.
Could I kindly ask you to follow these simple steps below which fix the vast majority of Facebook connection issues and get you back reconnected:
- Please download the latest version of Facebook and the game from the Google Play Store.Check if you have the latest software on your device https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en
- Open the game and if you are able to, disconnect it from Facebook or the Kingdom.Now force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
- If you have recently changed your Facebook password, this needs to be updated on your device as well. To do this, please remove the connection to Facebook via the settings menu in the game, log out from Facebook on your device, and then connect again with your new password.
- Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using your cellular data.

- Now reopen the game and try to connect again to your Facebook account.
