progress lost

Today the game crashed every time I accept/close the message of winning a competition in Candy Crush Saga. So I tried to uninstall and install again the app. But now I've lost all my progress (about level 1660) and Facebook did not connect since many months. I tried to log in with king button too, but with an accepted email/pw I'm at level 1...

Can you help me in some way? Thanks

candidature crush saga restart when I click on some publicity
Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks
Losing items
I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer

"I am at level 17,000 but lost my old email access, so I recover my lost progress ?
