I am on level 130 which is a "collect the orders" round but I am not able to use the pink ticks (of which I have 8) to help me pass the level. This is really frustrating.
Hi Jilly, I let my friend play this level for me and when I took my phone back, the tick was highlighted. So I don't know what happened, but it's working now

Thank you for the screenshot, I see that it is not highlighted as the others are. Have you EVER used them before? I am asking because this might be one of those boosters that you have to pass a certain level to use.

Also, is your app updated? Go to your play store and then go to Candy Crush, if it says "update", click on that.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
