candy crush level went back to level 1

my mom already reached level 580 or so, and I accidentally connected her candy crush account with her new fb. Now all goes back to level 1, any way to solve this?

Thank you for contacting King Care!  Was your mother already playing on king.com? If so, did you use the same email address that she signed in with king.com?  If you did use the same address here is a way to sync the accounts:https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/how-can-i-transfer-my-progress-from-facebook-to-the-king-website
