Winning 2 or 6 hours on candy crush saga

i won earlier 6 hours to play the game which is awesome.

but i can't play that long in  a row.

So i stop after about 2 hours,

the following day when i started the game, i noticed that i did not have the remaining 4 hours,

It was lost..so do we have to play the free time all on one shot or is there a way to salvage some time for the following day.

I play the game on Ipad from Apple

Hello, when they gave you six hours of unlimited life they mean six consecutive hours. So when you log out it's still counting down. That is not a game glitch, that's just how it is. They would not give you the hours back.
