Won first prize in Dexter's stripe challenge but NO prize

This was reported to King Care over a month ago, I was told that an investigation will be conducted but I've not heard anything since, been trying to get in touch to seek update on the investigation but no response... I can see that other people have experienced the same issue, but were able to have it resolved, just keen to find out what the turnaround would be!
