my friends that play is missing

cant ask friends that play candy crush on facebook  and windows 10 app to this has been going on for 3 weeks my has not been solved at all I still can't ask for lives or tickets to pass to the next level what going on i'm using a laptop to play and windows 10 app

If yes then please check the game on Facebook is you have the latest levels available there. If not means that there's an issue with the connection.

i'm connected to facebook i play on facebook then on my windows 10 app i connect to fackbook also. i would like to ask for tickets to level up but right now i have to wait 72 hours. how would i find out if i have the lastest levels.what kind of issue with the connection? before all of this happen i could ask then all of a sudden there not there to ask but only my nonplaying friends i want the ones that play
