level 2516 is impossible, only 17 moves!!

The way this level is designed is so restricted. Only a lollipop and a stripe or better still a color bomb and a stripe or lollipop will activate the jelly fish to  come out. Come on king team, more than 17 moves are needed to clear the jellies.

Actually the most effective release is a double wrapped combo which, in the right place releases a horde of fish. When I completed the level I did so with 5 moves to spare so I'm afraid I can't support your view that it's impossible in the allotted moves.
