Impossible to connect to Facebook

When I need to enter a new episode, I can't ask for help and need to wait 3 days! If I am playing in FB, why is it not possible to connect fo Facebook?

Thank you for contacting King Care!  You can always log out of Facebook and enter the kingdom where there are plenty of people from all around the world to ask for help. You can always log back into Facebook to save your progress.  Read through this thread if you're having issues connecting to facebook:

Well, none of the suggestions from that link could help.However, I solved the problem, still don't know why, but changed FB language from Portuguese to english, then again to portuguese... now it works.
