Paradise bay is taking my coins, but not giving me the items.

In paradise bay, when I buy something from the world market, it's taking my coins, but then says the item is no longer available. It's happened like 15 times. A lot of them were expensive items! I think I've lost at least 30,000 in gold coins! Also, by thw time the items show up in the market, they all been sold and it's only showing like 10 stores. I've spent quite a bit of REAL money on your games, and I enjoy them, i just want to get the things I pay for. Please help!
