Still crashing iPhone 5c

Has now failed 3 times - each time only solution is to delete and reload game.
Are there any known conflicts with other apps as my wife has same iPhone 5 c but has never crashed.

The iPhone 5C is no longer on our list of recommended iOS devices and can make you experience difficulties in our games.
