Hi! When I reached level 50 the game said I had to wait 70 hours to unlock level 51.

A few hours ago my parents reached level 50, and they didn't have to wait time to unlock the following level; they also could choose a present from nine, thing that has never happened to me!!!!! Please help me  -what's the problem with my account? Thank you

Thanks for posting.

In our games we always trial different features. This might mean that one player doesn't have the timer countdown in their game whilst another player does. This is quite common in the gaming industry and you can read more about it here:
