Didnt recieve what I purchased?

Lately I have been spending a lot of money on CC between my android and computer. I noticed I spent money on a package to get bars and boosters but did not receive them? Also when I get to the end of an episode when you get to pick a gift one - nine I never get to pick. It always disappears.

    I purchased the the packet you receive when you get pass hard levels and I didn't receive everything!
