Lost all boosters and lives

The other day Candy Crush would not load properly. Screen continued to display "Loading" but the game never loaded. I tried restarting my phone, waiting.... neither of which worked. I had to delete and reinstall the app to fix the problem, but as a result, I lost all of the lives, boosters and gold bars I had (over 600 lives/requests, approximately 30 of each booster, about 4 gold bars). Can you please reinstate what was lost?

    Yes, I reconnected to my account under jeaneesm@aol.com, but the gold bars, boosters and lives were not restored.
